What suburbs do you service?

Can Do Assembly Solutions is based in Brisbane and services Brisbane and services most areas of the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. We are available to quote Australia Wide on commercial jobs dependant on size/work required.

Do you assemble after hours?

Given that a large amount of our work is office based, yes, we do offer assembly outside of general business hours. We can also organise weekend and early hours assembly.

What is your turn around time?

We will always endeavour to have assembly & installation works completed within the specified time, provided we have clear uninterrupted access and there are no delays that are out of our hands.

My requirements are small and I only have a small item for assembly are you interested?

Small, big or medium we are indifferent to the size. Can Do Assembly Solutions provides the service regardless of job size.

Do you make alterations to existing furniture items?

We are always happy to assist where we can and investigate opportunities on a case by case situation, however we do not make alterations without the manufacturer/supplier’s approval as this can void warranties.

Am I required to supply tools?

No, you are paying for a full assembly service, we have all the tools required to handle all aspects of furniture assembly.

What happens if parts are missing?

We carry simple pieces such as all types of screws and dowels and are happy to supply these parts free of charge however if it is a critical part that we do not carry we can assist in contacting the supplier to help make arrangements for the delivery or collection of the part. If unable to complete the assembly due to the missing part, we will ensure we make ourselves available to complete the assembly as soon as the missing part arrives. There may be additional charges for this which we will discuss with you at the time.

Will you take away the packaging?

Yes, we will remove all the packaging and either dispose of in recycling and/or rubbish disposal accordingly. This obviously would incur a cost that we would need to recover and will charge you accordingly. If you do not wish to incur the additional charges, we will fold packaging and neatly leave stacked in a position close to the install position. Generally, all our quotations will include rubbish removal as standard.

Do you remove our old furniture?

Yes. If you would like us to take care of removal and disposal, that can be arranged. We would need to discuss and price this service accordingly into any quotations.
